Then quickly deliver a punch or palm strike to the midsection of your attacker on the side of his body in the area of the liver/ribs,
Now quickly step behind your attacker with a half nelson at the same time grab his other hand to prevent him to counter attack,

Now still applying the half nelson fall backwards on your back also applying a Chicken Wing type hold on your attacker, wrapping your legs around preventing him to move, now put pressure on this holds causing pain to your attacker.
